Prenatal Yoga has become very popular amongst mamas in the recent years. The gentle movements build strength and endurance, preparing you for your little bundle of joy and childbirth. Classes usually include breathing exercises, stretches and hip openers, all especially designed to keep mama and baby safe during your practice.
